Happy 4 week birthday Sweet Pea!!!
Unlike past visits with my parents, this visit we’ve been sticking pretty close to home. Friday we went up into the valley for the first time since having Penelope and spent the day in Pisco Elqui. We are happy to say that the juice bar is reopened, and the juice is just as good as we remembered.
We spent the weekend visiting friends for wonderful meals, unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures, though Penelope was a hit of course. She basically slept the whole time.
In the almost 3 weeks since my parents have been here, we’ve noticed many changes in Penelope. She is now starting to focus more on objects. She especially likes her peacock on her carseat.
She’s also starting to make more faces and have more of a personality.
She’s also growing and filling out her clothes more.
She still loves her chupete though!!

I’ve been following the life of Penelope Jean now that we’ve returned from our family beach vacation. I can definitely see her expressiveness in the latest pics. She’s a real cutie! Congratulations to you and Steve. Sharing your lives with a sweet baby…what a joy! Good job!!!
