Feeling better

Penelope is definitely feeling better. Yesterday I woke up to find this waiting for me-
After eating breakfast, I got her dressed so we could go out with some friends and found that she has found her hands and enjoys sucking on them. She hasn’t figured out each individual finger so she tries to shove the whole fist in.
She loves her carseat and is always excited and happy to be in it. This is her waiting for me to finish getting ready. She’s in the midst of babbling away, telling me to hurry up-
We had a great day together and since she was awake for most of it, she slept through the night.

She looks pretty darn happy to me! I love the pic of her trying to eat her hand – too cute!
Penelope seems like such a happy baby. Let’s hope she is that way when Bob and I babysit in FL. Can’t wait to see her and of course, you and Steve too.
