Hi Penny, no worries – your mom and I didn’t have much hair at your age either. Love your little barrette!

Auntie Karin’s right. Actually you have more hair now than your mommy had at 2. I have pictures! And she could never wear a barrette. I used to have to put your mom and aunt in dresses so that people knew they were little girls.

    Leyna, nice barrette, too.

Don’t feel bad Penelope, your Great Grandmother had to glue a bow on my head until I was two so people wouldn’t ask her if I was a boy or a girl. Your barrett is perfect and so is the smile.

Your Daddy didn’t have much hair at your age either, but he’s got enough for both of you now!

That’s pretty good, I couldn’t do that with Ella’s hair until she was almost 2!! Now I can, but she wont wear them, so my advice is start early with the barrettes so she gets used to them then when you need her to wear them she will!!
