On Saturday, we hexed to Westmore Park to see the animals and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was farm day. There were baby animals, games, booths and hayrides. Penny and William had a wonderful time running around together, while Rory and Teddy were content to just relax. It was a great day!

We walked to church in the morning then headed to the park after to meet up with Cara and William. After lunch, Penny helped Grams and Pa Tom do some yard work, and after all her hard work, she was rewarded with a special treat, the ice cream truck. Only Penny would find an ice cream that looked just like her! She then headed into the pool and was the first to go in this season (though she didn’t venture off the steps, it was COLD!). Aunt Pat and Uncle Bob made it safely to West Hartford, we are looking forward to a wonderful visit with them!

Where did these last 6 months go? Theodore has grown up so fast, I can’t believe it!! At his 6 month check up,

he weighed-9.400 gm (20.7 lbs) 93%
length- 71 cm (28in) 92%
head- 45.5 cm (18in) 91%

and his weight for length- 83%

The doctor asked me, “what do you do to make your kids so healthy?” I guess it’s just luck. We can’t wait to come back to the states soon!!
