A little gardening

Thanks to our good friend Peter, we are now the proud owners of a lemon grass plant. Steve, Penny and I planted it over the weekend, and hopefully Penny has inherited her grandparents green thumbs and the plant will flourish! It looks pretty dead at the moment, but apparently in a month or 2, if all goes well, it will be big and healthy! Here’s hoping Penny gets some authentic Thai food soon!

We just finished cleaning out all the drawers and cupboards in the pantry and kitchen. I’m ready to sell. Would much rather be planting a lemon grass plant and drinking a pisco sour!
When she comes to visit next summer, I’ll teach her how to pull weeds!!!!!!
