Penny went to Jack’s birthday party this morning and had a blast. Â She can’t believe that Jack’s already a year old!! Â What a fun year they’ve had together!!!

Penny and her boyfriend Jack (notice the butt grab), that’s my girl!!!

Penny found out yesterday that her basket isn’t only for toys,

It’s for Penny too!!!

I was safe. Â Originally I cleared off the bottom shelf of the bookcase and put Penny’s books there. Â She really seems to enjoy having them close at hand. Â She loves to crawl over and pull the books out and look at them. Â She can spend sometimes close to an hour playing with her books. Â Then the other day, I noticed she started to pull herself up and stand, so I cleared off the middle shelf and left our chile books and a photo album with pics from our wedding that Penny enjoys looking at with me. Â

Then this morning, I found Penny doing this…

I guess it’s time to put away all of our photos and stuff and really start child proofing, definitely not a good place to be storing those scissors!!!!! On a side note, maybe we have a ballerina in our mists, look at her up on those tippy toes!!
Now that the nights are getting cool, Penny is having to suffer through wearing hats again. Â Cute as usual!!!
Last night we went to Chris and Rikki’s for some pizza and found it’s fun to watch Penny and Jack play. Â They used to just lay around and not really notice each other, but last night Penny and Jack were chasing each other around the house and starting to play together. Â Jack will be 1 tomorrow, I can’t believe how fast they have grown!!
