Happy Birthday to Grams and my other country!

In celebration of Grams’ and the US’ birthday, Penny and Grandpa Tom decorated some cupcakes (I think more frosting ended up in Penny then on the cupcakes!)

    Thanks Guys.Did you make them with the baking set I sent for Penny’s birthday? I can almost taste those chocolate cupcakes . And how festive, blue frosting with red, white & blue jimmies and sprinkles. Now I know where the blue food went. (Too bad we can’t tell George!).
