Yesterday was a beautiful day, so we decided to go for a walk. Penny rode her bike the whole time, which in itself is an accomplishment, as up until now she has refused to wear her helmet so she hasn’t been able to ride her bike! She was amazing on it! She has such balance that she can now ride for long distances with her feet up. She will soon need a real bike!! Teddy also enjoyed himself, and slept most of the time!

Last week was student week at the jardin. They had activities planned almost everyday for the kids. On Thursday afternoon, the students had to dress up like bugs (which is they are currently learning about), and caravan around town to the mall where they paraded around and handed out things to the kids there. Penny and Jona were not allowed to caravan around town (we didn’t want them in the back of the trucks driving around), but we followed the caravan through town, so Penny and Jona felt part of the group. They had a great time and even got ice cream after. Teddy was his normal chill self, and quietly took everything in.

Much to Penny’s delight, Teddy had his first bath with her tonight!
