Penelope’s 3rd Birthday
Penny had a wonderful birthday, full of family, friends and presents. Â Keeping up with tradition, we headed to the valley for lunch and the zoo. Â Penny was excited she got to celebrate the night before her birthday skyping with Grams and Grandpa Tom and opening presents. Â Then on her birthday she got to celebrate with her friends in jardin and later with Steve, I and Senora Carmen. Â After a full day Penny had shared her birthday cake with some of her favorite people- Bernadette, Peter and Amy (Josh was busy, unfortunately) and of course Steve and I. Â Then ended the evening skyping with Grandma and Grandpa and opening more presents!! Â Penny loved it so much, that she is already talking about her next birthday, she doesn’t quite understand the concept of time! Â Thank you to everyone who helped make Penny’s birthday so special, we are all so lucky to have you in our lives!!
One last trip to the beach
Since Grandma and Grandpa didn’t leave until Saturday evening, we were able to head to the beach Saturday afternoon. Â Penny was excited to show them her favorite things- the trampoline and the inflatable toys.

We all had such a wonderful visit with Grandma and Grandpa and can’t wait for them to come back!! Â Love you!!
Zoo and Los Hornitos del Molle
While the Margheim’s were here, we decided to stop by the zoo on the way to one of our favorite restaurants. Â One of the great things they have here is pools at restaurants. Â So in the summer, you can sit around and relax at a restaurant while the kids are entertained in the pool. Â Penny LOVED it!!
Waterpark!!
Penny had a wonderful visit with her grandparents! Â Sorry it’s taken me so long to update the blog! Â One sunny afternoon we headed to the waterpark for a day of fun in the sun. Â Great times were had by all!!
