Princess Penelope
Since today was Penny’s last day of jardin before winter break, they had a party at the school. Â Penelope had to come in costume and bring some of the cookies she made with Grams the night before. Â Penny was very excited to show Grams her school and her friends. Â After school, we also measured the princess to see how much she’s grown in the last year.
Penelope’s 3rd Birthday
Penny had a wonderful birthday, full of family, friends and presents. Â Keeping up with tradition, we headed to the valley for lunch and the zoo. Â Penny was excited she got to celebrate the night before her birthday skyping with Grams and Grandpa Tom and opening presents. Â Then on her birthday she got to celebrate with her friends in jardin and later with Steve, I and Senora Carmen. Â After a full day Penny had shared her birthday cake with some of her favorite people- Bernadette, Peter and Amy (Josh was busy, unfortunately) and of course Steve and I. Â Then ended the evening skyping with Grandma and Grandpa and opening more presents!! Â Penny loved it so much, that she is already talking about her next birthday, she doesn’t quite understand the concept of time! Â Thank you to everyone who helped make Penny’s birthday so special, we are all so lucky to have you in our lives!!
Penny’s first trip to the Movies!
While Mommy was out with friends, Penny and Papi spent Saturday together and went to the movies. Â It was Penny’s first time to the cinema and she loved it. Â A trip! Popcorn! Big Screen! Kung Fu Panda 2! McDs after! She had a great time and can’t wait to go again.
