Beach fun!
This morning we went to the beach for a breakfast picnic with our friend Sarah and her family. Â The kids had a wonderful time playing together in the sand and water, flying kites, Steve took Penny bodyboarding for the first time, and the adults had fun watching the kids. Â Teddy’s favorite part was the cinnabuns, and he kept circling around eating everyones. Â Can’t wait to go back!!
Las Tacas
Yesterday Grams, Penny, Ben and I headed to Las Tacas for the day. Â We spent the day relaxing in the sun, playing in the pool, playing in the sand, swimming in the ocean, eating good food and going on a walk. Â The kids were excellent, and had a wonderful time. Â Can’t wait to go again soon!!
Ballet performance
Penny had her first ballet performance on Friday night. Â Like any proud parent, the video of the dance is below (8 minutes long) followed by some pictures. Â Enjoy!!
More cookie time with Grams
Ben and Charlotte came over today to help make Valentine’s Day cookies. Â Penny and Ben had a great time rolling the dough out with Grams and cutting all the cookies, while Charlotte and Teddy had a great time eating them! Â Grams is the best!!

Weekly shopping at La Feria. Â Penny was especially excited to buy lemons for her upcoming lemonade stand! Â Teddy like picking out the snow peas for our lunch.
Penny came to bridge with us on Monday. Â We went out for lunch and then shopping along the square. Â Penny was excited to get a trenza in her hair for the summer (a pretty string braid in her hair).
On Sunday, Steve and Grams took the kids to the beach for the morning.
